TIFT - Compoflex® Heavy Duty Chemiflex® SG-Z/SS-Z Code 969/075

US Hose TIFT-Compoflex® Heavy Duty Chemiflex® Code 969/075 hoses are specifically designed for ultra-aggressive chemical transfer use where E.I DuPont Tefzel® Teflon® liner is used for additional chemical and mechanical resistance with easier cleaning in marine and in-plant applications.

969 SG-Z is available with standard Tefzel® Teflon® film liner with additional PTFE Teflon® films in the hose wall with a standard T316 stainless steel inner wire with a galvanized steel or optional T316 stainless steel outer wire.

Heavy Duty Chemiflex® hose is available with T316 stainless steel fixed or floating ANSI drilled flanges or threaded NPT males with or without quick disconnect couplers as required.

High product compatibility for safe handling of many aggressive types of chemicals and 100% aromatics - please refer to our Chemical Compatibility Chart or our factory for specific reccommendations

• All factory fitted assemblies are tested and marked in compliance with 33 CFR Section 154.500 Hose Assemblies
• Double end-to-end electrical continuity with a electrical resistance typically less than 10 ohms.
• Double layers of ultra heavy duty red PVC impregnated fabric covers with dual blue and orange stripes
• Avaialble in 4" to 8" diameters in lengths up to 60 feet - consult with factory with more details
