TIFT - Compoflex® Heavy Duty Chemiflex® PG-F/PS-F Code 998 & SG-F/SS-F Code 969

U.S.Hose (formerly Senior Flexonics) TIFT- Compoflex® Heavy Duty Chemiflex®Code 998 hoses are specifically designed for aggressive chemical transfer use where an additional PTFE Teflon® liner is needed for additional chemical resistance and reliablity when transfers over water occur.

998 PG-F is available with standard polypropylene coated inner wire and inner liner with additional PTFE Teflon® films in the hose wall with a standard galvanized steel or optional T316 stainless steel wire.

Heavy Duty Chemiflex®Code 969 SG-F is available with standard T316 stainless steel inner wire with additional Teflon® PTFE films in the hose wall with a standard galvanized steel or optional T316 stainless steel outer wire.

Either style of Chemiflex® hose is available with carbon steel or T316 stainless steel fixed or floating ANSI drilled flanges or threaded NPT males with or without quick disconnect couplers.

• All factory fitted assemblies are tested and marked in compliance with United States Coast Guard 33 CFR Section 154.500 Hose Assemblies
• Double end-to-end electrical continuity with an electrical resistance typically less than 10 ohms
• Double layers of ultra heavy duty PVC impregnated fabric covers in gray (PG-F) or aqua green (SG-F) with a high visibility orange stripe that resist abrasion, ozone and UV attack.
• Manufactured in accordance with The British Standard 5842 (1980)
