TIFT - Compoflex® Heavy Duty MTBE-Master Code 982/018

U.S.Hose (formerly Senior Flexonics) TIFT Compoflex® Heavy Duty MTBE-Master Code 982/018 hoses are specifically designed for MTBE transfers with the addition of a Teflon®PTFE liner in the hose wall at docksides where ease of handling and reliablity are required over water.

Heavy Duty MTBE-Master Code 982/018 is ideal for transfers from ship-to-shore, ship-to-barges or barge-to-barge operations.

Assemblies are typically fitted with carbon steel fixed or floating ANSI Class 150 flanges. All factory fitted assemblies are fully certified to USCG Regulations 33 CFR Section 154.500.

High product compatibility for safe handling of all types of gasoline additves as well as oil based, 100% aromatics and other non aggressive chemicals.

• Double end-to-end electrical continuity with a rating typically less than 10 ohms.
• Double layers of ultra heavy duty dark blue PVC impregnated fabric covers with a high visibility orange stripe.
• End fittings secured into hose with unique double scrolled start tail and an externally swaged ferrule
• Manufactured in accordance with The British Standard 5842 (1980)
