TIFT - Compoflex® Chem-Master® PG, PP, PS, SG, SS 968 Series

U.S.Hose (formerly Senior Flexonics) TIFT - Compoflex Chem-Master® PG Code 968 Series is specifically designed for transfer applications in paint and resin applications

With a 250 psi MWP up to 3" diameter (150 psi in 4" diameter) and a minimum four-to-one safety factor, our 968 series provides higher working pressures for easier drainage and cleaning for paint and resin transfers with better flow velocities over our standard Chemiflex® due to an extra thick polypropylene cast film liner.

Available with its standard high visability sky blue PVC impregnated cover with a dual blue and orange stripes that resists abrasion, ozone and UV attack with other colors are available on request.

Assemblies are available with carbon steel, T316 stainless steel, polypropylene, brass, aluminum and other materials in a variety of end fitting configurations.

• Chem-Master® PG is a polypropylene lined hose with a polypropylene coated inner and galvanized steel outer wire.
• Chem-Master® PP is a polypropylene lined hose with a polypropylene coated inner and outer wire.
• Chem-Master® PS is a polypropylene lined hose with a polypropylene coated inner and T316 stainless steel outer wire.
• Chem-Master® SG is a polypropylene lined hose with a T316 stainless steel inner wire and a galvanized steel outer wire.
• Chem-Master® SS is a polypropylene lined hose with T316 stainless steel inner and outer wires.
• With double end-to-end electrical continuity, typically less than 10 Ohms with metallic end fittings
