TIFT - Compoflex® Chemiflex® PGL, PPL, PSL, SGL, SSL 949 Series

U.S.Hose (formerly Senior Flexonics) TIFT - Compoflex Chemiflex® PGL Code 949 Series is today's standard for chemical transfer applications.

With a 200 psi MWP up to 3" diameter (150 psi in 4" diameter) and a minimum four-to-one safety factor, our 949 series provides safe and dependable chemical transfers for operators today and tomorrow.

Available with its standard high visibility yellow PVC impregnated cover and blue stripe that resists abrasion, ozone and UV attack makes it easily identified in operation. Other colors are available on request.

All factory fitted assemblies are hydrostatically tested to one and a half times MWP.

Assemblies are available with carbon steel, T316 stainless steel, polypropylene, brass, aluminum and other materials in a variety of end fitting configurations as required.

• Chemiflex PGL is a polypropylene lined hose with a polypropylene coated inner and galvanized steel outer wire.
• Chemiflex PPL is a polypropylene lined hose with a polypropylene coated inner and outer wire.
• Chemiflex PSL is a polypropylene lined hose with a polypropylene coated inner and T316 stainless steel outer wire.
• Chemiflex SGL is a polypropylene lined hose with a T316 stainless steel inner wire and a galvanized steel outer wire.
• Chemiflex SSL is a polypropylene lined hose with T316 stainless steel inner and outer wires.
• With double end-to-end electrical continuity, typically less than 10 Ohms with metallic end fittings
