PWCV/PBCV - POLYPROPYLENE BRAIDED CONVOLUTED PTFE HOSE
Our PWCV series of hoses have been specifically designed where hose flexibility is required, but a stainless steel braid is unsuitable.
The PWCV series is constructed from white, helical, convoluted PTFE tubing which is reinforced with a heavy duty polypropylene braid.
The PBCV series has a black conductive PTFE inner tubing which serves to dissipate electrostatic charges and prevent build up.
Applications include
- Service conditions with exposure to salt water
- Frequent handling critical to operator health and safey
- Soda bottle filling
- Systems requiring minimal force to bend
- Elimination of exterior wire corrosion in chemical processing
- Metering or weighing applications
