SERIES 58 - ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE FLUOROPOLYMER HOSE

Series 58 hose is constructed from a carbon black static dissipative innercore of PTFE with layers of spiral wrap between two layers of braid, which makes the hose the premier in ultra high heavy duty fluoropolymer hose design.

The tube is post-sintered that increases density dramatically, thereby reducing effusion in pnematic applications and improving durability in extremely demanding applications.

Jackson Series 58 comes standard with stainless steel JIC swivel females, with male and female NPT adapters.

Applications include

1. Hydraulic service in steel mills on continuous casters
2. High pressure compressed gas pigtails
3. Transfer of molten plastics
4. Two part reaction injection molding systems

• Extreme high pressure hose
• Rugged multi-braid and spiral wrap constructions
• Increased service life at high pressure and temperature extremes
• Suitable for impulse pressure applications
• Temperature rating of minus 65 degrees F (54 degrees C) to +400 degrees F ( 204 degrees C)
