"JACK-FLEX" HEAVY WALL HOSE OF CONVOLUTED PTFE

Jack-Flex is constructed from convoluted, heavy wall, seamless extruded virgin white or black conductive PTFE tubing. The convoluted tubing is reinforced with a heavy duty stainless steel wire braid.

Jack-Flex is only available as a flanged unit as the convoluted tube is flared over the flange retainer or gasket area, which effectively isolates the flange from the media. The media in the flow path has direct contact only with the PTFE.

Jack-Flex is ideal for applications where internal corrosion of the hose, fitting and potential contamination of the media is not permitted.

Applications include,

1. Chlorine Transfer Hose
2. Sanitary and high purity service
3. Transfer of a wide range of chemicals
4. Short assembly specifications
5. Vibration elimination for chemical pump connections

• Internal corrosion of fittings are eliminated
• No metallic contamination or transfer chemical from fitting
• Helical convolutions aids in easier drainage and cleaning
• Eliminates crevice corrosion from flange insert in hose
• No gaskets required - seal is made directly on the flare
• Temperating rating of minus 65 degrees F (minus 54 degrees C) to + 450 degrees F ( 230 degrees C)
