"JACK-CHEM" RUBBER COVERED SMOOTH BORE FEP or PFA LINED HOSE
Jack-Chem has been specifically designed and engineered for long lasting service.
Jack-Chem is manufactured from smooth white virgin PTFE or PFA material. Two layers of synthetic rubber reinforced with horizontal fabric braid are permanently bonded to the FEP or PFA tube. A wire helix is included to prevent tube collapse in vacuum applications and from kinking. The steel wire helix also provides double end-to-end electrical continuity providing grounding.
For materials that creat a statixc build up on the inner liner, a black conductive FEP liner can be specified that allows the charge to be dissipated.
The entire hose is protected by an abrasion resistant rubber cover that will not fade or discolor with age and is also weather resistant.
New FEP liner can be flared over a flange retainer face for a continuous smooth media contact with the liner.
